The Natural Sundried coffee from the Endebess Estate is a process almost unheard of in Kenya. It is one of the only places in Kenya that purposefully sundries their beans and know how to do it correctly, and it's the SL-28 varietal which is my very favorite Kenya coffee varietal but one of the hardest to grow. Processing it like an Ethiopian coffee and drying it under the sun produced a coffee that reminds me more of a Uganda Natural process coffee crossed with an Ethiopia. We've always loved Kenya coffees here at Happy Mug, but we rarely find a natural process one to roast!
